To start practicing the L-SIT, you have to do 3 x 10 reps then 30 seconds hold of this exercise without leg support!

 2.

Do 3 x 15 reps then 15 seconds hold each leg in order to do the next progression!

 3.

Do 3 x 15 reps then 15 seconds hold each leg in order to do the next progression!

 4.

Do 3 x 10 reps then 10 seconds hold in order to start the L-SIT progressions!

Progressions

1.

Hold this progression 3 x 30 seconds in order to do the next progression!

2.

Hold this progression for 3 x 15 seconds each leg in order to do the next progression!

3.

Do 3 x 6 reps with 2 seconds hold in order to do the next progression!
