The TOTAL BEGINNER (PRE-ality) full body joint preparation program – make your joints bullet-proof, train hard and create your own armor with the mix of power and persistence!
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

The PRE-ality program is a 6 week injury prevention program, which prepares your joints for spectacular and professional exercises. You will be surprised how these simple exercises use all parts of your body! These steps are the ground of all gymnastic exercises like handstand, planche, human flag or muscle up.
Wether you have experience in sport or not, start with this program because this is the basic of the system. Moreover, it’s important for your improvement to avoid injuries!
After the achievement of the 6 week PRE-ality program you can move forward to the INTERMEDIATE (PRIMAL ONE) level!

6-week INTERMEDIATE program

You are able to gain the necessary dynamic and static exercises for your base power in the INTERMEDIATE (PRIMAL ONE) program, which is the first step for the confident body-weight based exercises!

You need to reach all master levels in this program, which takes you up to the next level, to the ADVANCED (PRIMAL TWO) program. Many things define the time what it takes, but mainly it depends on your studiousness, consistency and persistence. Get the most out of yourself!
Thousands of our members have already proven that the master steps of dynamic exercises can be accomplished even in 4 weeks. You can take these static exercises to the PRIMAL TWO program as well.
Start INTERMEDIATE program

6-week ADVANCED program

After the INTERMEDIATE (PRIMAL ONE) program we move to the next level and teach you the most important exercises of push and pull movements. In this program, you also need to reach master levels, only after this can you move to further exercises that you can find below the TUTORIAL menu part!

The PRIMAL TWO program is the last level before the professional exercises. Many things define the time what it takes to reach professional level, but mainly it depends on your studiousness, consistency and persistence. Get the most out of yourself!
Thousands of our members have already proven that the master steps of dynamic exercises can be accomplished even in 4 weeks. You can take static exercises to PRIMAL TWO program as well. It means that you can finish all 3 programs within 14 weeks at best, and then start professional exercises.
