Difficulty

Starter and warm-up exercises.

Can be done at any time even without previous training experience

Intermediate exercises.

Warm-up and 1th level exercises are recommended to achieve (prehab, joint preparation, stretching) before starting this level.

Advanced exercises.

Warm-up, 1th level and 2nd level exercises as prehab, joint preparation, stretching and base power are required for the start of this level.

Intensity

Low-intensity exercises

Used for the preparation of physical and nervous system. Can be used for warm-up and stretching.

Medium intensity exercises.

Includes moderately demanding physical activities for strengthening and conditioning which can be done only after the proper warm-up exercises.

Intensive, highly demanding physical exercises

For strengthening and conditioning which can be done only after the proper warm-up and preparation steps.
